The Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB) is Canada's audit regulator. We regulate public accounting firms that audit Canadian reporting issuers. Everything we do is founded on our core values of excellence, trust and respect.

Will I be expected to travel?
Some of our opportunities do require travel. Depending on your role, you may be required to travel.

What is CPAB's application and hiring process?
We collect resumes during the posting period and review them against the hiring criteria. If your qualifications match the job posting, you will be contacted for an interview. However, if your qualifications don't match the job posting, you will not be contacted for an interview and your resume will be kept on file.

What happens once I submit my resumé?
We review all resumes received against the hiring criteria. If your qualifications match our job posting, you will be contacted for an interview. If your qualifications do not match our job posting, your resume will be kept on file.

How will I know the status of my application?
If you are selected for an interview, you will be provided with an update on the status of your application.

How will I know if a job is filled?
